How do I request a return?
We know that not everything goes smoothly, and we want to make sure everything you buy from us looks great. We gladly accept select unwashed, unworn and unused items for exchange, return to original form of payment, or store credit within 21 days of order fulfillment date. General Information About Pre-orders

Important: Payment for pre-ordered items will be charged immediately at checkout, not at the time of shipment.

If you order both pre-ordered and in-stock items, your order will be shipped in batches. If applicable, you will only pay shipping costs once. You may receive multiple shipments, depending on the items ordered.

The return period for pre-order items is 30 business days from the date the pre-order item was shipped. Please contact us to request a return label.

We do our best to communicate all the details about pre-order items in the item description. Sometimes, the details of pre-order items may change and we have no control over this. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

Pre-order items are special orders and may take up to eight weeks to complete.

Estimated shipping dates are provided by our suppliers and are for reference only. We cannot guarantee the actual delivery date, but we do our best to keep the information as updated and accurate as possible. We also cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped on any specific date. We will process all orders in the order they are received. Likewise, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of any pre-order item.

The item I want is sold out. Will you be getting the item back in stock?
Due to how fast our merchandise sells, we cannot always guarantee the item will be back in stock. Sometimes our factories run out of the fabric and we are unable to re-order. The best way to know if the item you want comes back in stock is to use the “Get Notified When We Restock” option on the item page. You will get an email if and when the item is restocked.

How can I get my confirmation email if I accidentally deleted it or I never
received one?

What if my order is lost or stolen?
Medinsbest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, medinsbest offers Green Package Protection which covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.

When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed. You will receive tracking number from us in your confirmation email.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 8 to 15 business days after processing for your package to be delivered. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the shipping speed once the package leaves our facility.
